Will you please explain this for those who do not know English well? It is a sentence from some film/comic/etc?
“On the house” typically means something, like a meal or a drink, is free of charge. The cost is being covered by the establishment, which is often called the House.

“This one is on the house”
means it’s free / my treat / you don’t need to pay it, usually said by bartender, show owner, and the likes.
I sometines see this line in some games, novel, movies.
It is restaurant/ service slang for this one is free but you will be paying for the next one 🙂
“on the house” is a common phrase used in restaurants, bars, etc, that means “its free, you don’t have to pay for it”
In this, it’s also used as a pun, because he’s throwing SpongeBob’s house.
Squidward says this line in an episode where him and spongebob deliver a pizza to someone and slams said pizza into their face when they make spongebob cry. Also it’s a play on words since he flung spongebobs pineapple house into the big pats mouth.
You need the line before it for it all to make sense. “You’ll pay for that, but this one’s one the house”.
“This one’s on the house” mean’s it’s free, it won’t cost you anything.
“On the house” is a phrase meaning it’s free, as in the bar is covering the charge for a drink. In this case, it’s a response to him saying “you’ll PAY for that” but also it’s literally a house.
It’s a line Squidward said in the episode “Pizza Delivery” from Season 1. He said it to an ungrateful customer before shoving a pizza in his face.
On the house means it’s free of charge and it’s funny because Squidward was throwing a house while he said it

Another excellent chapter! I haven’t been able to enter to reddit and keep up there since i’m stuck in a place without internet. My country had the site and any subreddit blocked, so no internet, no reddit. (Venezuela is a weird-ass place, but oh well, there’s always a way to move forward.) Ok the new page is just sad. Seeing Squidward with insecurity AT THIS point actually caught me off guard. Even with his primal form might, it’s easy to forget that this is the good ol’ squid we know and love. The one of the original cartoon. One that feels for his fallen friends.
This is magnificent story-telling. It has been a while since the last time i actually felt sincere and increasing fear for the life of a fictional character.
