Pretty sure the Tortured One ate him off-screen. Neptune sucks, he’s a dick in every episode he’s in and he was useless in the movie as soon as anyone mentioned his hair.

Squidward looks small compared to the Tortured One, and now we can see he’s also small compared to SpongeBob, so i will say that the Tortured One and SpongeBob are the same size
I think it is not size that makes sense here, but a speed of eating and growth. When both sides can enlarge their size and power just by eating one another, the fastest eater will win just by consuming his opponent.
But here is the biggest caviat, Spongebob was able to regenerate to the same size as the tortured one with less consumption. (Assuming he ate any leftover bits of people from when patrick ate people because “Patrick is a messy eater.”)
There are always the law of conservation of mass and the law of conservation of energy, so the size itself does not really matter here. Muscles have mass, and if SpongeBob achieved his size by eating less, it means he’s weaker. A skeleton and fat have mass as well, so a light creature might have fragile structure and have not a fat armor. Generally, a light creature will be defeated in battle with heavier one, if he had not a weapon like poison or claws. A cat will be defeated by puma because puma is heavier. A cow will be defeated by puma although a cow is heavier because a puma is armed and a cow is not.
But if SpongeBob and TorturedOne decide not to fight but to overcome each one by eating the opponent, the fastest eater will win for sure.
Spongebob is full of holes. He’s bigger but he has less mass. But he needs those holes to filter nutrients so it’s not a bad thing.

Possible, but I wouldn’t expect it. My reasoning is if SpongeBob wanted Patrick dead, he wouldn’t have saved him from the tortured one.

Well that is both cool and absolutely terrifying, partly cause of how well it’s done, partly because of how SpongeBob looks while assimilating the various micro sea sponges that have grown on every single Patrick’s that didn’t become part of the tortured one, and the thought that he could grow even bigger if there is some on the tortured one. Can’t wait to see what happens next
